Return / Exchange Policy

We have a liberal Return / Exchange policy that is aimed at providing optimum convenience for our customers.
1. Returns
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/ damage / wrong product. If you receive a defective/ damage / wrong product, please contact us at https://www.originaltulsimala.com/ with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Exchange Permitted if and only if…
- The exchange request must be initiated within a span of 24 hours from the date of delivery via mail or our web portal.
- Send the item you consider defective/ damage / wrong product to our Noida office within 3 days of your deliver date with receipt or proof of purchase. If 3 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

2. Cancellations
- If you select to cancel the order online prior to the shipping of the product, the whole order amount is going to be refunded back to you otherwise we will not consider your cancel request and item will be ship to you.
- The refunds of the cancelled products will be credited to the original method of payment that you have used within 7 working days.
Note:
Refunds / Return do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to item during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
